The standard IKO programme: day 1 kite control and body dragging; day 2 water starts and first rides; days 3-4 consolidation, upwind riding and advanced safety theory. The instructor follows you in the water step by step, and with Hidrovor's flat water progression is faster than at wavy spots.
Why do it in Vlorë and not at home: emerging-market prices (€130/day versus European €80-120/hour), a half-empty spot even in August, and 3-4 days of beach holiday included in the package.
