How to book: three steps and you're on board
1. Message us on WhatsApp
From the page of the tour you want, tap the WhatsApp button: the message is pre-filled with the tour name. Add date and number of people and send.
2. Confirmation in minutes
We check availability and weather with the operator and confirm time, meeting point and everything you need to know. In high season we still confirm within a few hours.
3. Small deposit or pay on arrival
For the most in-demand tours a small online deposit (10-20%) locks your spot; for many others you pay on arrival. The balance always on site, cash or card.
Cancellations and weather
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour, always. If the weather prevents the outing (rough sea, wrong wind for paragliding, no wind for kiting) the tour is rescheduled to another day or 100% refunded: we decide together, no hidden penalties. It's the same standard as the big portals, with the difference that you talk to a person, not a ticket.
