The Blue Cave (Shpella e Kalter) opens on the wild coast of the Karaburun peninsula, inside the Karaburun-Sazan Marine Park: it cannot be reached on foot or by car, only by boat from Vlorë. No. The cave lies on the western coast of the Karaburun peninsula, inside a military-natural area with no roads. The only way is by boat from Vlorë (1-1.5 hours of sailing with stops).
