How do I pay?
For deposit tours: small online deposit (card, secure link) and balance on site. For many tours: everything on arrival, cash or card. Full prepayment is never required.
Is cancellation really free?
Yes, up to 48 hours before the tour, for any reason. Within 48h it depends on the operator, but we always do our best to reschedule.
What happens if it rains or the sea is rough?
Boat, jet ski and diving tours are rescheduled or 100% refunded; paragliding and kiting depend on wind and move at no cost. We always warn you in advance, never last-minute on the day.
Do you speak English?
Yes: you book in English on WhatsApp, and most operators we work with speak English or Italian on board.
Where are the meeting points?
Almost all maritime tours depart from Vlorë harbour (Triport area, 5 minutes' walk from the promenade). Paragliding, quad, kayak and trekking include or arrange the transfer. Each tour page shows the exact point.
Are you an agency? Why are prices lower than OTAs?
We're the direct channel with local operators: no 25-30% commissions like GetYourGuide or Viator. Same tour, same operator, direct price.
When should I book?
In July-August the best tours (Blue Cave, small speedboats, sunsets) sell out 3-5 days ahead: book before travelling. In June and September 1-2 days' notice is almost always enough.
Can I gift a tour?
Yes: open-date gift vouchers for almost all tours. Message us and we'll prepare one.
